Athletic Performance Training for Middle School (10-13 years):
Our Middle School program offers a responsible and progressive Sports Performance training method to develop a strong athletic foundation. We focus on movement competency and creating a broad movement library, rather than treating young athletes as miniature adults. Each session includes age-appropriate motor skills development, speed, agility, and strength training in a structured yet fun format, preparing young athletes for the demands of sports and training.
High Performance Training for High School/College Athletes:
High Performance Training enhances an athlete's foundational skills to boost their sports performance. Unlike traditional strength training, our program includes dynamic and functional movement exercises, injury reduction strategies, speed techniques, quickness, agility, explosive power development, and energy system conditioning.

"Last summer several boys from the Broncs soccer team participated in an intense Athletic Performance Training program at Elevate. The boys really enjoyed working with their Trainer and they showed up for the start of the soccer season strong and fit. I credit this program for so much of our success this season. Those who participated were stronger, quicker, and more confident. Most important, none of them suffered long-term injuries during the season, and those who did suffer minor injuries recovered quickly.
